We design the structural skeleton — beams, columns, foundations, and lateral systems — so your architectural vision is buildable, not just drawn. We work as your structural subconsultant from schematic design through construction documents, coordinated directly with your project team.

Every structural decision we make is backed by engineering calculations. Those calculations are what allow us to put a PE stamp on the drawings. That stamp means a licensed New York State professional engineer has reviewed the design and stands behind it under NSPE and ASCE codes of ethics. We don't stamp work we didn't do. We don't issue drawings we can't defend.

We work in the latest Revit and Civil 3D — not as a workaround, but as our primary production environment. Structural models coordinate directly within your BIM workflow, clash detection is real, and structural and architectural drawings can stay in sync through construction documents. If your project is BIM-managed, we fit into that process without translation. If it isn't, we deliver stamped drawings in whatever format your contractor and code official need.
